One thing that I realized in my journey was that this reality promote the ego . Now here is my interpretation of the ego , the ego is the part of us that always wants more and self seeking ...it is selfish and its is as a result of mostly painful experience in our life filled with anger ,fear , revenge during our life are the ego which keep us from finding the real us. The ego keeps you from the true you and pulls you from the energy river.The ego is actually a big part of our reality all our bodily needs and what we say or do to make us look good in peoples eyes. it makes you want everything only for yourself you are made to believe you are on your own and separate from everything and everyone .
The truth is we are truely one from the source and overcoming the ego or experiencing ego death is the only way to access your true self the actual you. Actually ego death is the solution to most of your problems ,trauma ,conflicts ,relationship problems , and other issues in your life and you'll begin to find your capabilities. Most people take psychedelics to experience ego death.But remember not to chase ego death with huge psychedelics..
