The word mediation usually give the image of person sitting with legs crossed with his or her eyes closed or open in a quiet state. Now meditation has been an ancient art of being in mindfulness, a state all the chatters in your mind is gone and you think about nothing and you begin to experience a very deep inner connection with your inner self and the everything. Mediation is associated with a lot of religions and beliefs but the fact is meditation does not belong to anything or anyone its has has been used by the ancient people years ago and still exit and somehow got attached to some of the believes I said earlier. Meditation practically is being in a state nothing worries you , a state of total peace. It has been associated with many spiritual practices and some people have considered meditation as evil and mostly religious people who don't practice tend to hate it and try staying away from it. And as a matter of fact let me give you my intuitive understanding of everything . We define what we use things and ideas for , and the same way we label it from what its been used for whether good or bad its your definition.
